SUNBEAM basically consists of only two parts: base profiles and carriers. The feet, mounting bolts and fixing elements are factory pre-assembled. No measuring on the roof, no sawing or cutting, the installation of SUNBEAM is a breeze.
It's also a very strong system with a unique stiff matrix structure which evens out the wind loads and minimises the mechanical strain on the modules.

In terms of service, you will find that SUNBEAM meets all your needs as a PV professional. We offer ISO 9001 certified production, fast quotation and system configuration tools, installer training, direct-to-location logistics and 10 year warranty on all components.

Design details

SUNBEAM foot

The plastic injection-moulded feet ensure the free flow of water underneath the system. The base profiles provide stiffness to the construction where it counts. This means that, unlike with the majority of systems on the market, the solar modules are not used as a part of the actual construction.

SUNBEAM carrier head

The carriers are fixed to the base profiles by means of a smart, patented clamping solution. Just one M8 pre-assembled bolt will tighten the interconnection in a very reliable way.

SUNBEAM carrier head

All SUNBEAM carriers are fitted with cable clamps. These ensure that the cables will always be tidy and will not rest on the roof.

Sunbeam installation movie

Please watch this short (1 minute) movie to get an impression of the Sunbeam ease and speed of installation.

The original movie file (.mp4) may be downloaded here:
MP4 format / WMV format (right-click and choose 'save as...')

Ultra-fast installation

SUNBEAM will be shipped to your location with the exact right dimensions and quantities for your project. On the roof, all the installer needs to do is click the system together and tighten the bolts.

Flexible

SUNBEAM is suited for any size, brand or make of solar module, from mini-kit to mega-watt power plant. The module angle and inter-row distance may be varied to meet local conditions or client requirements.

Lightweight

SUNBEAM's innovative, patented, wind tunnel tested design reduces the sensitivity to wind forces, making it an aerodynamic and lightweight system.

Sunbeam successful at Intersolution 2012
Sunbeam has been present, with our own booth (nr 8864), at the Intersolution Benelux trade fair from 12-14 January in Gent (B).

The interest in Sunbeam exceeded our expectations and the response in general was very positive. We would like to thank all visitors and are working hard to follow up on all the leads.

New world record?
A team of installers was able to install 196 Sunbeam units in just over 1 hour.
The installers had never used Sunbeam before!
Now that's what we call ease of installation.

School projects installed
Three Sunbeam projects have been installed on school buildings in Belgium. Our client and their installer were very satisfied: 'Sunbeam literally installs twice as fast as the system we used before'.
