SUNBEAM basically consists of only two parts: base profiles and carriers. The feet, mounting bolts and fixing elements are factory pre-assembled. No measuring on the roof, no sawing or cutting, the installation of SUNBEAM is a breeze.
It's also a very strong system with a unique stiff matrix structure which evens out the wind loads and minimises the mechanical strain on the modules.
In terms of service, you will find that SUNBEAM meets all your needs as a PV professional. We offer ISO 9001 certified production, fast quotation and system configuration tools, installer training, direct-to-location logistics and 10 year warranty on all components.

Design details

The plastic injection-moulded feet ensure the free flow of water underneath the system. The base profiles provide stiffness to the construction where it counts. This means that, unlike with the majority of systems on the market, the solar modules are not used as a part of the actual construction.

The carriers are fixed to the base profiles by means of a smart, patented clamping solution. Just one M8 pre-assembled bolt will tighten the interconnection in a very reliable way.

All SUNBEAM carriers are fitted with cable clamps. These ensure that the cables will always be tidy and will not rest on the roof.
